I love the Obaji Vit C 20% and I got a wonderful discount. The product came in a timely manner. This product works really well for me, a mature women. With daily use for a year I have noticed diminished fine lines and a healthy skin smoothness and radiance. What I especially appreciate is the free samples of clinical skin Vit C pro collagen serum they include to try. This is quite exceptional and I really like the opportunity to try something new.

Products are authentic! Delivery is exceptional. Price cannot be beat. I trust this company wholeheartedly. I've had bad experiences with other companies. They also give you quality samples to try. Many of those samples caused me to purchase the product.

I have placed quite a few orders with skincareessentials. I always get my orders within a week. Orders are extremely well packed and products are authentic. Skincareessentials run discounts and specials on various products from time to time and you earn reward points with every order so you can easily earn up to $30 off on your next order. I would recommend skincareessentials to anyone!

Just received my Obaji normal/dry skin kit, the original kit I ordered normal/oily was the wrong one for my aging skin. Just started using it so the jury is still out on results. Am now awaiting the refund on my credit card from my first purchase.

It took 3 or 4 days for my order to process but when I called customer service to check the status, the representative was so professional and very helpful! Once I received the tracking, my purchase arrived quickly (and this was shipping from east coast to west)! The inside tissue paper was beautiful and I received a nice sample, with information on their line. I will definitely order from them again!

Everything I’ve ordered from Skincare Essentials Has been delivered in tip top shape. It takes a bit of time so I’ve learned to order a little before I run out of something. I also appreciate the notices of new discounts they’re offering. All in all, a great resource for skincare.

Mixed feelings-I loved the great discounts but the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic that I received seemed “old.” Color was off from what I buy at my drs office where I get facials. Looked like my usual product does after using for a few months. Other products all seemed as they should.

Truly great customer service. My boots didn't fit right, and they quickly replaced them with another brand at zero cost, even free shipping. And they respond to emails--actual humans respond!!!

My product supposedly delivered Dec 23 but I never received it. It took over a week to get to my state, then DHL handed it off to USPS and it finally showed delivered but only showed my street name and no street address when I researched where it supposedly delivered. Also, I had to download an app just to track it…. Extremely annoying! I emailed the company and haven’t heard back from them. Waste of money so far….

I just received two bottles of skinceuticals ce ferulic from them and they were not the legit product. I researched how to recognize fraudulent bottles and they matched everyone of the tell tale signs. Not the same as the one i presently have. They are willing to refund my money if I sent them back but weren't at all apologetic. Nor did they seem surprised.
